It is best to mail your defense packet to the courthouse by the suggested mail date for timely delivery. Your defense packet must be received by the due date. If you have taken action with the court or obtained a new due date please adhere to that date. You may also deliver your defense packet in person to the courthouse directly. If you deliver your defense packet in person make sure to obtain a receipt for proof of delivery.
If possible to maximize your probability of success please wait until the suggested mail date to mail your defense documents to the court.
* More time is advantageous. As time elapses it can become difficult to recall specific details about the case.
We understand in some cases waiting is not an option or if you do not want to wait you can send your defense packet to the courthouse before the suggested mail date.
